A foreign tourist had an experience that he said he “will remember for the rest of his life” while visiting an elephant sanctuary in Asia. While he was resting under a tree, a mischievous baby elephant suddenly approached, its eyes sparkling with curiosity.
No one expected that just a few seconds later, the little elephant would rush straight towards him, fall on him and… lay in his arms like a child asking for a hug. The unexpected fall almost made him lose his balance, but immediately after, laughter rang out throughout the sanctuary. The baby elephant gently rubbed its head against the man’s chest, its small trunk waving as if looking for a caress.
The tourist was initially startled, then burst out laughing because he could not believe this cuteness came from a “giant baby” weighing hundreds of kilograms. The sanctuary staff said the elephant was very friendly, especially fond of hugging and playing with people. The image of the tourist being “crushed” in the arms of the small elephant quickly spread on social networks, making millions of people excited and moved. Everyone said that, in that moment, there was no longer a distance between humans and nature — only pure, warm and innocent love like a child’s hug.
